Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through proactive communication.
• Manage customer schedules, order status, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with sales, production, quality, shipping, and engineering.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and documentation; monitor open items.
• Support sales with proposals, follow-up, and account maintenance.
