Job summary

Salem Motor Mile is seeking friendly, professional Phone Operators to join our busy automotive dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while efficiently handling calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Responsibilities include greeting callers, taking accurate messages, and supporting administrative tasks. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with both full-time and part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and courteous handling of inquiries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Receptionist/call center/customer service experience is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities
