Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Experience in commercial insurance, account management or customer service preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, coverage, renewals, billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including ongoing account servicing and policy renewals.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial clients via phone, email, and service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide day-to-day client support, including answering coverage questions and processing certificate requests.
• Prepare proposals, endorsements, policy documents, certificates, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and process policy changes; resolve service issues.
