Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail banking experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open a wide variety of Consumer and Business Bank Accounts including loans and deposits.
• Take loan/line of credit applications and referrals to product lines.
• Identify and complete referrals to Mortgage, Investments, Cash Management, Commercial Loans and Insurance.
• Cross-sell next bank services and products.
• Assist clients with accounts, online/mobile services, transfers, overdraft help.
• Handle CDARS/IRA accounts and consumer loan products when required.
• Perform teller duties as needed (deposits, checks, payments).
• Educate and profile clients using bank systems; maintain sales plans and follow-up calls.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and security; support Service Beyond Expectations.
