Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial branch banking experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Coaches, manages, and trains branch team to deliver high-quality sales, service, and operations.
• Leads branch team in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Manages branch operations with focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and efficiency.
• Develops and maintains knowledge across bank products and services.
• Identifies opportunities for new business banking relationships and referrals to mortgage/wealth teams.
• Represents the Bank in the community and participates in events to raise awareness.
• Prepares reports on branch performance and market trends for senior management.
