• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Opening personal and small business accounts and related deposit products.
• Developing partnerships with branch teammates and business-line partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and conduct and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed.
