Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in banking, retail, or client-facing roles with sales/relationships.
• NMLS registration or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own banking center performance including loan, deposit, and referral goals.
• Lead a client-centric culture delivering personalized financial solutions.
• Coaching and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Market leadership to align goals and opportunities.
