Old National Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Minnesota to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving strong financial results. The role oversees overall center performance, sales, service strategy execution, and regulatory compliance.

You will coach, develop talent, and ensure alignment with market leadership while expanding client relationships and community presence. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in banking are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or a client-facing environment, including exposure to sales, lending, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or influence others to achieve performance goals.
• Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across roles.

Responsibilities

• Own overall banking center performance, including achieving loan, deposit, and referral goals; monitor metrics and drive actions to improve results and sustain growth.
• Partner with Market leadership to align on goals, strategies, and opportunities.
• Contribute directly to results through personal production and client engagement.
• Build community presence and partnerships to drive business development and enhance the bank’s reputation.
