Old National Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Big Lake, Minnesota to lead a high-performing team and drive exceptional client experiences. The role emphasizes sales, service quality, and responsible risk management within a community-focused bank.

With a base salary range and bonus, this position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and development of staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across the banking center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in banking, retail, or client-facing roles with sales exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, or influence teams to meet performance goals.
• Understanding of consumer lending, sales processes, and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Own overall banking center performance, including loan, deposit, and referral goals.
• Collaborate with Market leadership to align goals and opportunities.
• Contribute to results through personal production and client engagement.
• Build community presence and partnerships to drive business development.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve performance goals and deliver client-focused service.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are followed.
