Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Traverse City to welcome clients and deliver attentive service using the latest banking solutions. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and help clients reach their financial goals in a dynamic branch environment.

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking team, you will support day-to-day transactions, assist with new accounts, and promote digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, ensuring a seamless customer

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including the usage of technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
