KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Troy, NY. You will engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance for their financial wellness, both in person and by proactive calls.

You will partner with branch teams to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships, while maintaining strong compliance and service standards. The role emphasizes client-first service, sales-driven outcomes, teamwork, and professional communication.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit and related metrics (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
• Working knowledge of PCs and digital platforms to educate clients on digital banking capabilities.
