Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and guide clients to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals.

You will help with everyday transactions, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital self‑service options while complying with all banking regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch; manage lobby traffic and meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
