Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior personal banking or teller experience with emphasis on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the customers' first point of contact with the Bank, by serving the customers' total financial service needs.
• Transaction processing, new account sales, customer service, and referral generation.
• Supports sales objectives and campaigns by selling and cross-selling Bank products to expand and maintain relationships.
• Assists banking center management with day-to-day transactions, including approving transactions, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
• Complies with Bank policy and follows state and federal banking regulations; maintains client confidentiality.
