Job summary

CSU Veterinary Health System seeks a Client Care Supervisor to oversee daily client service and staff coordination on site in Fort Collins. You will guide onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with clinicians to maintain smooth patient flow and exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
• Ability to work full-time onsite including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Client Care operations and staffing coverage.
• Supervise Client Care staff including onboarding, training and performance coaching.
• Coordinate scheduling, workload and service delivery.
• Collaborate with clinicians and hospital leadership to optimize patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate issues when needed.
