Job summary

CSU Veterinary Health is seeking a Service Excellence Clinical Coordinator to provide primary administrative support for small animal specialty services. You will manage client communications, referrals, and records, and assist with incident reporting and clinic logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in health care management or related field with 5+ years of client service, plus veterinary experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management and Administration or equivalent with 5+ years in client service.
• Two+ years in the veterinary field and two+ years in customer service.
• Ability to manage high call volume and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; de-escalation skills.
• Ability to read medical terminology and relay information.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative communications for assigned service areas and schedule reminders.
• Oversee referral case processes and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain voicemail and email accounts for services and distribute information.
• Provide client support and grief protocol assistance.
• Assist with Incident Reporting investigations and service protocol development.
• Coordinate with financial services for reductions and other admin needs.
