Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking a Client Care Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee staff, and coordinate patient flow within the Veterinary Health System. The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and service excellence while partnering with clinicians and hospital leadership to resolve issues and sustain high-quality client experiences.

The position requires a high school diploma, 3 years of customer service, and a willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3 years of customer service in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule onsite, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, veterinary science).
  • Experience with veterinary or medical scheduling systems and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Care team and coordinate workflows.
  • Supervise Client Care staff by hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, leave requests, and workload distribution.
  • Partner with clinicians and leadership to improve patient flow and service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards; monitor documentation and finances.
  • Develop team members through onboarding, competency training, and ongoing education.
