The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options, eight- or ten-hour shifts, and weekends as needed, plus competitive hourly pay of $20.00–$25.00.

Qualifications

• One year veterinary or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced client service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and patients.
• Welcome clients and provide personalized, compassionate service in person and over the phone.
• Answer client questions and communicate important information clearly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily workflow.
• Maintain accurate client accounts and patient information.
• Admit and discharge patients while providing clients with clear instructions and support.
• Work closely with the veterinary team to create a smooth and positive experience for clients and their pets.
