FYZICAL Raleigh – North Hills is seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our front desk team. This full-time role blends customer service, scheduling, patient onboarding, insurance handling, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth patient journey.

You will work with our Clinical Director and therapists to greet patients, manage appointments, verify benefits, collect payments, and support events, building a warm, efficient, and unforgettable patient experience.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills — warm, clear, and confident.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.
• Prior medical office experience is a plus, but not required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and a smile.
• Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient questions.
• Verify insurance coverage and communicate benefits.
• Collect payments and prepare daily deposits.
• Support documentation workflows and clinic outreach.
• Coordinate daily schedules for therapists and staff.
