Job summary

Med Resources, a premier CPAP and Home Medical Equipment provider in the Midwest and Georgia, is seeking a reliable, energetic individual to join our outstanding team and assist with CPAP clients and referrals. You will educate clients on the sleep therapy program and CPAP equipment, and coordinate with the Therapy team.

Knowledge of sleep therapy items, Medicare, and insurance guidelines is a huge plus for this role, which focuses on serving patients and referrals with accuracy and care.

You will assist with Insurance qualifications, scheduling appointments with the Therapy team and educating clients and referrals on our outstanding Sleep therapy program and the use of CPAP Equipment.

The Client Care Specialist position works as part of a team to serve our patients and referral sources. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Fielding calls from patients and referral sources


• Order intake


• Contacting patients to verify order and demographic info


• Contacting referring health professionals regarding prescriptions and documentation


• Insurance verification and requesting prior authorizations
