Senior Helpers is seeking a compassionate Client Services Manager to oversee the client experience and scheduling within our Charleston territory. You will coordinate client schedules, manage caregiver assignments, and ensure reliable coverage while building strong relationships with clients and families.

The role emphasizes assessments, visits, and maintaining accurate care plans and documentation, with a focus on satisfaction and retention. Travel locally for client visits is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in home care, senior care, or related client services.
• Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and caregivers.
• Open to travel locally for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and families.
• Coordinate and manage client schedules and caregiver assignments.
• Ensure reliable coverage with scheduling staff.
• Conduct client assessments, visits, and check-ins.
• Maintain care plans, client records, and documentation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns.
• Build relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and professionals.
• Adjust services or schedules based on changing needs.
• Support quality assurance and Age-Friendly Care standards.
• Resolve follow up on concerns through clear communication.
