Job summary

Senior Home Companions Indiana is looking for a dedicated Client Coordinator to oversee staffing and ensure clients receive timely services as outlined in their service plans. You will be responsible for matching caregivers with clients, managing schedules, and maintaining high-quality care.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while promoting SHC’s core values of Integrity, Compassion, and Effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer service.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a sense of urgency.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Mail.

Responsibilities

• Match caregivers with clients based on service plans and caregiver skills.
• Ensure coverage for all shifts and maintain client care schedules.
• Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls for staffing.
• Track caregiver time and attendance using AxisCare.
• Foster relationships with clients and staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide coaching to caregivers and address performance issues.
• Collaborate with HR regarding caregiver status and performance.
• Work with other Client Coordinators to optimize caregiver use.
