Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is hiring a Client Care Coordinator to be the main link between families and care teams, ensuring a smooth, supportive experience for clients and clinicians.

You’ll manage scheduling, coordinate clinician assignments based on skills, and maintain accurate records while staying organized in a fast-paced environment that values HALOS—Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client families, building trust and providing timely support.
• Coordinate and assign duties based on clinician skills and availability.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to address questions, resolve issues, and support scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure clients receive high-quality care.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure clients receive high-quality care

• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service, scheduling, or client-facing administrative role preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities effectively
• Familiarity with office technology (Microsoft Suite, etc.)
