Qualifications

• 6 months in-home care experience required.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Perform office duties with scheduling and recruiting tasks.
• Provide field support as needed.
• Learn and master BrightStar's software system.
• Coordinate medical staff scheduling for home care visits.
• Conduct interviews and hire for programs.
• Maintain timely general clerical duties.
