Brightstar Care of N. Central San Diego is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to liaison between clients, caregivers, and families, ensuring high-quality personalized care in San Diego, CA.

You will manage complex schedules, recruitment, onboarding via WorkBright, credentialing, payroll, and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping, while supporting outreach and social media recruitment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare experience or high-volume customer service/office management.
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills; comfortable with CRM/scheduling software.
• Bilingual in English is a strong advantage; professional communication required.
• High school diploma or GED; LVN/EMT or medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex client schedules to ensure 100% coverage with zero gaps.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with weekly stipend.
• Lead end-to-end caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
• Administer credentialing and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Assist with payroll, billing, and accurate time records.
• Support digital presence and recruitment through social media.
