Allstate - Fisher Family Insurance in Venice, FL is hiring a Customer Service & Retention Specialist to guide clients through policy questions, endorsements, billing, and coverage changes, ensuring high service quality and yearly retention.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of property and casualty service experience, a valid Florida 4-40 license (20-44 accepted), strong communication, and a dependable, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Active Florida 4-40 (or 20-44) license required.
• 1–3 years of property & casualty customer service or account management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• In-office availability in Venice, FL.

Responsibilities

• Own the client experience for service requests — endorsements, billing questions, coverage changes, and certificates.
• Manage renewals and proactively reach out before they lapse to keep retention high.
• Handle retention "saves" with empathy and a clear path to keep the client.
• Review existing accounts for gaps and round/cross-sell additional coverage where it fits.
• Work within clear service time standards and priorities so the full book stays current.
• Keep client records, the CRM, and documentation accurate and up to date.
• Maintain full compliance with carrier and state guidelines on every account.
• Be a reliable, positive presence the team and clients can count on.
