You will handle renewals, changes, and questions, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions while maintaining detailed records. This in-office role offers licensing support and growth within a multi-location agency.

• Identify coverage gaps and pivot service conversations into in-book sales opportunities when appropriate
• Recommend additional products using a needs-based, customer-focused approach
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention, service, and outreach goals
