Animal Care Roy is hiring a Veterinary Technician or Experienced Veterinary Assistant. This full-time position emphasizes hands-on patient care and outstanding client service in a clinic that operates on a 4-day work week with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

What You’ll Do

• Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and procedures
• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to every patient
• Restrain patients safely, including the occasional cat rodeo
• Administer medications and treatments as directed
• Educate clients on their pets’ care, and listen as they explain why their dog, cat, bird, or rat is the best one that has ever lived
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Grow as a professional and encourage the growth of your teammates

Responsibilities may vary based on hospital needs as well as your experience, training, certifications, credentials, and assigned responsibilities.
