Job summary

Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and provide friendly, professional support.

You will learn our call script, participate in training, and maintain an accurate customer database while coordinating with dispatch and management. Remote work is possible after training, with in-person attendance required in Downingtown, PA for initial and quarterly meetings.

You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Pay

$23.00-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus 1.5x overtime pay.

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week), with Part-Time schedules considered.
• Minimum of 8 hours required on both Saturday and Sunday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Flexible weekday scheduling, with an emphasis on evening hours and the option for daytime or afternoon shifts.
• Opportunity to build a consistent schedule around your availability and the needs of the business.
• Initial four weeks of training required in person, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Work Location

Remote following completion of training, with quarterly in-office meetings required. Candidates must be able to commute to our Downingtown, PA office for initial training and quarterly meetings.
