Job summary

Merakey seeks a Program Specialist to manage day-to-day client care within the designated division. This role reports to the Program Director/Manager and coordinates program activities, ensuring high-quality services and potential caseload management.

The position pays $28/hour with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, focusing on accurate documentation, data gathering, and interdepartmental collaboration to support ISP targets and quarterly reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 60 credit hours in place of education.
• 3-5 total years of experience.
• 1-3 total Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• NADD Certification within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall care and services for participants.
• Facilitate team meetings as needed.
• Manage Medicaid renewals and redeterminations.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges with departments.
