Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Program Specialist to join our team in Westmoreland County, PA. This role manages day-to-day client care within the identified division, coordinating activities and ensuring high-quality services to program participants.

You will handle service plan development, collaborate with Nursing and Supports Coordinators, and work with Behavior Specialists to monitor and adjust plans. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Behavior Specialist regarding Behavior Support Plan; submits to Peer Review; works with management regarding response and plan of action; monitors adherence to plan.
