Qualifications

• 2 years of prior experience in an administrative business environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• A college/university degree.
• Experience in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Process, update, and monitor service orders across internal systems.
• Resolve stock discrepancies and maintain store operations.
• Provide exceptional client service and communicate updates clearly.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to drive sales and client engagement.
• Maintain internal communication with store leadership to ensure a consistent experience.
