Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in New York is seeking a Seasonal Operations Support at The Landmark to deliver a memorable client experience during the holiday season. You will be a brand ambassador, communicating effectively and helping clients while supporting operations and client care.

You will assist with shipping/receiving, inventory, repairs, engravings, and follow-up, ensuring smooth service and security standards in a fast-paced luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in operations and shipping processes within a large store.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operations functions to support the store in consistently achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plan.
• Capture data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Effectively handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence and partner with Sales Professionals and management to optimize sales opportunities.
• Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
• Support clients with repairs, special orders, engravings, embossing, or etching.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Tiffany & Co.’s policies and offerings.
• Maintain a professional approach with all clients, assisting with opening/closing of the department.
• Ensure average wait times are met and 20-25 clients per day are assisted with security standards maintained.
• Execute daily Shipping & Receiving tasks: order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and replenishment, inventory checks.
• Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems.
• Follow up on requests for product/service information, repairs, shipping and inventory promptly.
• Support operations efficiency by maximizing productivity and providing process feedback.
