R3 Roofing & Exteriors in Davenport, IA is seeking a Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our in-office team. You’ll handle inbound calls, billing coordination, permitting, and provide admin support to Billing, Production, and Sales to keep projects moving.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and ready to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly phone presence with confidence handling calls.

• Ability to manage multiple calls, accounts, permits, requests, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers in the Davenport office.
• Handle billing and collections; prepare and explain invoices as needed.
• Coordinate permitting and maintain permitting records.
• Provide administrative support to Billing, Production, and Sales teams.
• Document communications and follow-ups accurately.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
