Bakeris Roofing is seeking an office administrator / customer care representative to manage leads, coordinate inspections, and keep projects moving. You will own our GoHighLevel system, enter every lead, assign to sales, and ensure timely follow-ups, including after hours.

This full-time role in Central Iowa requires strong phone presence, organization, and CRM comfort. Training provided; no roofing experience required. Health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO offered.

Qualificações

• Friendly and clear on the phone.
• Organized and careful with details.
• Comfortable with email, calendars, and a CRM you will use all day.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM is a big plus.
• Office, customer service, or scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and messages from customers and return after-hours inquiries.
• Enter every new lead into GoHighLevel and route to the right salesperson.
• Book inspections and installs on the shared calendar for team visibility.
• Keep every job current with dollar values and status progression (quote to signed to finished).
• Follow up on estimates awaiting responses.
• Prepare and send customer agreements.
