R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an Outside Sales Representative 2 to manage company-provided appointments, prospect for new business, and guide customers through the roofing sales process. You will conduct inspections, present solutions, and close contracts with a focus on building lasting client relationships.

The role offers a six-week paid training program starting in late January 2027, paying $800 per week during training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; roofing, construction, or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage company-provided appointments and generate additional leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative 2, you'll manage company-provided appointments while generating additional business through prospecting and referrals. You'll conduct property inspections, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and guide customers through the sales process.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and have a passion for sales.

Six-Week Paid Training Program

Our next training class begins the last week of January 2027, preparing representatives for the spring roofing season in March.

• $800 per week during training ($4,800 total)
• Hands-on roofing, inspection, and sales training
• Coaching in lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing techniques
• CRM and field technology instruction

After training: 10% commission on total project cost.
