Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required with supervisory experience.
• Experience in customer service, veterinary, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to foster teamwork and culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of client care operations.
• Design, standardize, and improve workflows, SOPs, and hospital systems.
• Monitor performance, optimize client flow, and reduce wait times.
• Ensure data integrity across EMR, phone systems, and records.
• Supervise client care leaders, manage staffing and onboarding, and develop KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align operations.
• Address escalated client concerns with professional service.
