Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Customs Specialist designation is required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred (or plan to obtain within 18 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members responsible for regulatory guidance and data management.
• Manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage and balanced workloads.
• Oversee SOP development and ensure regulatory compliance across accounts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive training and process improvements.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Support onboarding of new clients and systems integration as needed.
