The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 60 college credits, and 2+ years in supervision within healthcare. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• Bilingual skills a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
• Manage overall operations to ensure Caregiving pool quality and satisfaction goals.
• Execute business initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day activities including recruiting, hiring, and scheduling.
• Ensure on-call support for clients and field staff.
• Source and maximize cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
