Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor in San Antonio to oversee in-home personal care services and caregiver programs. You will conduct visits, guide caregivers, and help design personalized care plans for clients in the San Antonio area.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving while ensuring quality care and compliance. A valid driver's license and transportation are required, with bilingual skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
• We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
