Job summary

ComForCare is seeking a compassionate Client Care Coordinator in Oklahoma City to guide families through care options and support them from first inquiry onward.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct introductory visits, onboard new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and referral partners to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.

The role supports 24/7 operations and may require on-call availability to meet client needs and coordinate care with the office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new inquiries with clear guidance on services.

• Maintain client satisfaction and regular check-ins.
• Communicate updates to office staff and caregivers.
• Document interactions per policy and support care plan updates.
