Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients and families.
• Adapt to different home environments.
• Safely enter client homes and move within typical household spaces.
• Treat all clients and their property with dignity and respect.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recognize and communicate changes in client condition or concerns.
• Hear clients, alarms, and instructions from staff or family members.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new inquiries and guide service options.
• Conduct initial in-home or virtual visits with prospective clients to explain services and gather care information.
• Complete onboarding visits for new clients, including care plan reviews and required documentation.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet begun services.
• Perform regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
• Communicate client updates to office staff and caregivers.
• Document all client and prospect interactions according to office policy.
• Support client retention by assisting with care plan updates or service adjustments.
