You will recruit, train, and supervise caregivers, ensuring compassionate, compliant care and strong client satisfaction.

In this role you will coordinate scheduling, manage performance, uphold agency standards, and stay current with local regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in home care, caregiving, or a healthcare management role.
• Strong knowledge of home care practices, caregiving duties, and healthcare regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Caregiver supervision and support: orient and train new caregivers and provide ongoing coaching.
• Scheduling and staffing: assist in coordinating caregiver schedules and back-up coverage.
• Compliance and quality control: ensure adherence to policies and regulations and implement quality assurance programs.
• Maintain records of caregiver communication, availability, assignments and shifts.
• Lead meetings, liaise between caregivers and management, and handle after-hours on-call duties.
