Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Client Services Manager for our Raleigh, NC Home Health Visits Office. You will provide superior client services, coordinate scheduling, and grow your caseload while building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and the community.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Clinical Managers, supervision of field staff, and maintaining fiscal metrics to ensure high-quality home health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree is preferred.
• Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare, HomeCare Homebase, and OASIS a plus
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
