About The Role

The Client Care Manager is pivotal in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support. You will oversee client interactions, manage care plans, and lead a team to enhance the quality of life for our clients. This role is perfect for a Registered Nurse with a flair for marketing, though it isn't a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Client Care department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Lead and mentor customer care staff, fostering a supportive and effective team environment.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and coordinate staff training in Alzheimer's and Dementia care best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a customer service or management role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and understanding of care planning processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and staff.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is essential for maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Ability to lead a team with compassion while managing operational tasks efficiently.
• Preferred: Home care experience and Nurse management experience (3-4 years required).

Compensation And Benefits

Role without clinical license (LPN/RN/SW): $60,000-75,000

Clinical Role w/clinical license (LPN/RN/SW): $75,000-$90,000

Work Environment
