Responsibilities

• Deliver non-medical in-home care to seniors with dignity.

• Report changes in condition or incidents to supervisor.
• Document care accurately following safety procedures.
• Support client activities and transport as directed.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Primary Objective

Essential Functions

• Deliver personalized, non-medical care, enhancing clients' rights, dignity, and individuality.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, and other personal care needs, respecting each client's care plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment, protecting clients' personal belongings.
• Report any changes in clients' conditions or any incidents of abuse or client rights violations to the supervisor.
• Document care provided accurately, following safety and infection control procedures.
• Participate in client activities and provide transportation to appointments as directed.
• Support team operations through various administrative tasks and projects.

Knowledge and Skills Required
