Nova Leap Health is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide personalized in-home support, helping seniors live independently with dignity.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep and companionship in clients' homes; flexible shifts available to fit your schedule and location. Prior experience is preferred but not required, with background checks and valid driver’s license where needed.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs
• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

• Previous caregiving, home care, or personal care experience is preferred but not required.

Flexible Scheduling

What We're Looking For

• Current HHA, CNA certification preferred, but not required
