Nova Leap Health seeks dependable Caregivers to provide in-home, one-on-one support that helps clients live independently with dignity and comfort.

As a Caregiver, you’ll assist with daily personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, while reporting changes to the care team. Flexible scheduling and road-tested safety practices support your work and growth within a caring organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or home care is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver''s license if transportation duties are required.
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll provide individualized in-home support that helps clients maintain their independence while receiving the care they deserve.

• Helping clients safely transfer and move throughout their home
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with light cooking
• Performing light housekeeping and laundry

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team

Flexible Scheduling

What We're Looking For

• Current HHA, CNA certification preferred, but not required
