Job summary

Senior Helpers Central Dallas is seeking a Part-Time Client Care & Admissions Coordinator to be the first voice for families seeking home care. You will listen with compassion, educate families about our services, and guide them through the decision-making process.

Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following: Client Relations, Customer Service, Sales or Admissions, Healthcare, Home Care, Senior Living, Hospital ity, Office Administration, Marketing or Community Outreach.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, answering calls, inquiries, and emails promptly.
Educate families about our home care services and guide them through the decision-making process.
Coordinate client starts and caregiver Meet & Greets and schedule in-home care assessments.
Build lasting relationships with clients and their families to ensure outstanding service.
Collaborate with Scheduling Manager to identify best caregiver match and smooth transitions.
Engage in community outreach and referral partner development to grow the agency.
