Comfort Keepers of Peoria seeks a part-time Care Coordinator to grow into a full-time role. You’ll perform in-home assessments, match clients with caregivers, and manage onboarding to ensure a smooth start of services.

You’ll coordinate day-to-day scheduling, respond to questions, and collaborate with intake partners as the client base expands. This growth position offers a clear path to greater hours and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Warm, organized, and comfortable meeting new people in their homes.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or care coordination preferred; strong candidates from hospitality, healthcare admin, or client-facing backgrounds may be considered.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Greater Peoria Area (Bloomington/Normal and Galesburg possible).
• Familiar with scheduling software and phone-based coordination; training provided on our systems.
• Available for daytime weekday hours, with flexibility as the role grows.
• Participation in after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments with prospective clients and families to understand needs and build initial care plans.
• Match new clients with caregivers based on needs, personality, and schedule.
• Coordinate onboarding for new clients: paperwork, first-shift setup, and follow-up to ensure fit.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling adjustments and respond to client and caregiver questions.
• Work with intake systems and referral partners to keep the pipeline moving smoothly.
• Learn full care coordination workflow with goal of handling a full client caseload independently within months.
