Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Life experience with the service systems used by the target population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client participation in daily program activities and monitor rights and rules adherence.
• Provide emergency response including crisis management, first aid, CPR, and fire response as needed.
• Report violations, incidents, and any criminal activity promptly to the Operations Manager.
• Complete Incident Reports per Program Manual and Funder guidelines.
